The Monarch Festival at Art on the Parish Green is a FREE event featuring the region’s most talented artists, an immersive butterfly experience, mouth-watering food trucks, beer & wine garden, children’s activities and bouncy houses, and music.
We’re excited to announce that the Monarch Festival at Art on the Parish Green, sponsored by the Arts Alliance of Southern Indiana and St. Paul, will combine into a grand outdoor celebration in 2024!
The all-day Monarch Festival at Art on the Parish Green event will feature an inclusive Regional Arts Festival, live entertainment and musicians, food trucks, local beer and wine, Kids Zone activities, and a fantastic butterfly experience! This event is free and open to the public. Monarch Festival at Art on the Parish Green draws, on average, over 14,000 attendees and promises to be an even larger event this year – more artists, more food, more music, and more fun!
Meet the Hosts
St. Paul, The first Episcopal congregation in the state of Indiana, established in 1834. We are a parish of the Episcopal Diocese of Indianapolis, with The Rt. Rev. Jennifer Baskerville-Burrows as our Bishop.
The Arts Alliance of Southern Indiana promotes the arts in Clark, Floyd, and Harrison counties through partnerships with individuals, groups, and businesses. We leverage our events, programming, and space as platforms for community arts and culture engagement. The Arts Alliance of Southern Indiana has hosted the Monarch Festival in different locations throughout Southern Indiana each year since 2010.
All proceeds from Monarch Festival at Art on the Parish Green will support programs and activities at the St Paul Food Pantry and the Arts Alliance of Southern Indiana.
